Woah…beautiful.
Holy cow! This was one emotional ride and I loved every second of it.
A rock star off the rails lands in the quiet, closed-off woman’s life like a crazy person. The two are broken and somehow they heal each other along the way. This is no easy love affair. No. It is messy and real and honest and it is beautiful.
Killian is fifty shades of awesome. Seriously! I never thought anyone could know Travis out of the #1 book boyfriend spot, but dang it, Killian just did. He is raw. He is emotional. And most of all, he is real.
Liberty is a kick-butt heroine. She is emotional and raw and real, but she is vulnerable and defensive and I love her. Can you say girl crush, anyone?
Seriously, Callihan knocks it out of the park with Idol. Her writing is honest and real and unforgiving. She sets you up on the highest high before plummeting you over the edge of the emotional roller coaster. Her characters come to life. I love all her books, but this is her best yet!
