From New York Times bestselling author Katy Regnery comes her first duo of paranormal romances!

ONCE UPON A TIME…
the most beautiful boy in the world kissed me.
I’ve never been able to forget.
Perhaps it was his jet-black hair,
or the changing copper-color of his eyes,
the intense way he looked at me…
or the fact that he awakened my passion for the first time,
at once otherworldly yet heartbreakingly real.
But after that kiss, I never saw him again.

His name was Jack Beauloup.
Jack, my “Beautiful Wolf.”

Twenty years passed. He has returned. For me.

4 Stars!

It’s You is intensely romantic and beautiful!  A must-read!

I have to tell you, this isn’t normally my kind of paranormal romance.  It is much more formal writing than I prefer.  I struggled a little bit in the beginning, but then I became a convert!  Once I got over my own hang-ups, I was sucked in and couldn’t put it down.

So, without giving anything away, because that would be a shame, I will tell you that Jack and Darcy’s story is epic and written amazingly.

Regnery makes this story so believable.  Darcy is a scientist.  Everything has a purpose and a reason.  Things can be explained by science.  So, this thing with Jack is hard for her to swallow.  I thought this was really perfect.  She didn’t write Darcy as someone who just blindly accepted Jack and his explanation and yet she wasn’t a complete skeptic, either.  Jack was really intense.  Almost too intense at times and he is the reason I didn’t give this 5 stars.  He was a little pushy with Darcy and, in my opinion, selfish.

The book is split into two parts.  The first is Darcy’s and the second, Jack’s.  When I got to part two and it went back in time, I was a little worried, because I really didn’t want to read the same story all over again but from Jack’s perspective.  That is not how it is written.  There are brief flashbacks throughout Jack’s portion of the book written to fill in the details of his past, because the entire book really hinges on Jack and what he went through during the twenty years he was gone.

As you know, this is part one.  So, the story isn’t finished at the end of the book.  I am super excited about part two so I can see how this whole beautiful love story wraps up.

This is a must-read.  Even if you are not a paranormal romance fan, this book will entertain you and suck you in.

The thrilling conclusion of Katy Regnery’s first paranormal romance series!

HAPPILY EVER AFTER…
To some, they’re just words signifying a fairytale ending.
For me, Jack Beauloup, they represent an unyielding desire:
Forever with Darcy Turner, the unexpected love of my life.
A love that has placed her human life in danger.

According to Pack Law, my binding is an abomination that must be severed.
It’s ignited a fiery hatred that I must confront and control.

But what is bound cannot be broken.
I will keep Darcy safe.
Even if it means giving up on my dreams.
Even if it means giving up my life.

About the Author:

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Katy Regnery started her writing career by enrolling in a short story class in January 2012. One year later, she signed her first contract and Katy’s first novel was published in September 2013.

Twenty-five books later, Katy claims authorship of the multi-titled, New York Times and USA Today Blueberry Lane Series, which follows the English, Winslow, Rousseau, Story, and Ambler families of Philadelphia; the six-book, bestselling ~a modern fairytale~ series; and several other standalone novels and novellas.

Katy’s first modern fairytale romance, The Vixen and the Vet, was nominated for a RITA® in 2015 and won the 2015 Kindle Book Award for romance. Katy’s boxed set, The English Brothers Boxed Set, Books #1–4, hit the USA Today bestseller list in 2015, and her Christmas story, Marrying Mr. English, appeared on the list a week later. In May 2016, Katy’s Blueberry Lane collection, The Winslow Brothers Boxed Set, Books #1-4, became a New York Times E-book bestseller.

In 2016, Katy signed a print-only agreement with Spencerhill Press. As a result, her Blueberry Lane paperback books will now be distributed to brick and mortar bookstores all over the United States.

Katy lives in the relative wilds of northern Fairfield County, Connecticut, where her writing room looks out at the woods, and her husband, two young children, two dogs, and one Blue Tonkinese kitten create just enough cheerful chaos to remind her that the very best love stories begin at home.
